Downloading your theme
After purchase, you create your account and get taken to the portal. Download the theme file from there and upload it to your Shopify store.
Activating your license
Go to your portal, select your license, and click "Activate". Enter your .myshopify.com domain. Licenses activate instantly.
Transferring your license
Need to move your theme to a new store? Reach out in chat and we'll get you sorted. Lite gets 1 transfer, Pro has 5 licenses to use anytime.
Need customizations?
Kenso is fully customizable through Shopify's editor. For anything beyond that, open a chat and our team will help you out.
Will my store get banned?
Kenso is fully licensed with Shopify for selling digital products. Zero store bans to date. You're in good hands.
Upgrading to Pro
Want to upgrade from Lite to Pro? Chat with us and we'll credit your Lite purchase toward the upgrade. You only pay the difference.
