Forgot your password

1. Go to usekenso.com/theme/login
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your purchase email
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link

Never created a password

Use "Forgot Password" with your purchase email — it works even if you never set a password initially.

Wrong email

Try the email connected to your payment method (PayPal email, card email, etc.). If you still can't find it, contact support with your approximate purchase date and payment method — we'll look up your account.

Getting rate-limited

Wait 15 minutes, clear cookies, and try again. Or use a different browser.
