The chatbot answers customer questions automatically using AI, helping you sell 24/7.
Enabling it
- Go to Theme Settings (gear icon in the editor)
- Find Chatbot
- Toggle it on and click Save

Tell the chatbot about your business:
- What you sell and what's included
- Pricing and current promotions
- Your guarantees and refund policy
- Common questions customers ask
The more specific you are, the better the chatbot performs.
Example:
We sell premium vendor lists for Shopify resellers. Each list includes verified suppliers with contact info and pricing. Customers get instant access after purchase. We offer 24/7 support.
Key selling points
Add bullet points the chatbot can emphasize:
- "Instant digital delivery"
- "24/7 customer support"
- "Trusted by 1,000+ resellers"
Chatbot name
Give it a name that fits your brand — "Sales Assistant", your brand name, or a human name.
Tips
- Be specific in your context — "30+ verified vendors" beats "good products"
- Include pricing info so it can answer pricing questions
- Address common objections: "Is this legit?", "Why should I trust you?"
- Update the context when you change prices, add products, or update policies
