Refund Policy

Kenso is a digital product with instant delivery. Refunds are not provided once you receive access to download the theme and your license key.

Before you buy

We want you to make an informed decision:

We'd rather answer questions before your purchase than have an unhappy customer after.

Exceptions

Duplicate purchases — if you accidentally bought twice, contact us immediately (don't activate the second license) and we'll refund the duplicate.

Payment errors — if you were charged incorrectly, contact support with payment details and we'll investigate.
