Activating Your License

In your Customer Portal

The easiest way to activate:

1. Go to usekenso.com/theme/portal
2. Find your license and click Activate
3. Enter your store name
4. Enter your store's domain (your custom domain like mystore.com works — we'll find the Shopify domain automatically)
5. Click Activate License

If we can't auto-detect your Shopify domain, you'll be asked to enter it manually. It's the one with random characters like bknzyb-jv.myshopify.com — find it in Shopify Admin → Settings → Domains.

In the Shopify theme editor

You also need to enter your license key in the theme itself:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes
2. Click Customize on your Kenso theme
3. Click the gear icon (bottom left) → Theme Settings
4. Find the License section
5. Paste your license key and click Save

Troubleshooting

"Invalid License Key" — Copy the key directly from your portal using the copy button. Don't type it manually.

"License Already Used" — The license is activated on another store. Transfer it in your portal first.

"Domain Mismatch" — You're on a different store than the one activated. Check you're editing the correct Shopify store.
