License Not Working
Step-by-step fix
- Go to your portal and copy the license key using the copy button
- Go to Theme Settings (gear icon) → License
- Delete the current key, paste the copied one, and Save
- Check the domain — the license is locked to a specific store. Make sure you're editing the right one.
"Already in use"
The license is activated on a different store. Go to your portal and use Change Domain to transfer it.
"Domain mismatch"
You're trying to use the license on a store it's not activated on. Either activate it on this store (if it's not activated elsewhere) or transfer it.
