Downloading Your Theme
Where to download
- Go to usekenso.com/theme/portal
- Log in with your purchase email
- Click Download Theme
You'll get a ZIP file. Don't unzip it — upload it directly to Shopify.
Re-downloading
You can download the theme as many times as you need. Just go back to the portal and click download again. We recommend keeping a backup copy.
Common issues
Can't find the download button? Make sure you're logged in. If you see no licenses, you might be using the wrong email — try the one connected to your payment method.
Download keeps failing? Try a different browser, or right-click the button and select "Save link as..."
