Transferring to a Different Store

Both Lite and Pro customers can transfer licenses themselves.

How to transfer

1. Go to usekenso.com/theme/portal
2. Find the license you want to transfer
3. Click Change Domain
4. Enter your new store's domain (custom domain works — we'll find the Shopify domain automatically)
5. Confirm the transfer

The change takes effect immediately.

Cooldown

There's a 14-day cooldown between domain changes. This prevents abuse. If your store was banned and you need an immediate transfer, contact support.

After a Shopify ban

If your store gets suspended by Shopify:

1. Create a new Shopify store
2. Go to your portal and change the domain on your license
3. Upload and activate the theme on your new store

Pro customers with 5 licenses can manage all of them independently.
